St. Luke's Hospice

Refurbishment of locally listed manor house/demolition of existing wings and construction of two new wings to accommodate day care centre and 12 bed residential unit for terminally ill people, with a family guest bedroom unit, offices and educational facility with lecture theatre. Project Value is £2.9M, and the building was completed in October 1999. The new build is approx 70% of the project and materials, finishes and gable details were designed to compliment the existing. The extensive gardens to front and rear are extensively landscaped and completely accessible by wheelchair for use by patients.
