This property had been used as a secure storage / warehouse building set in a conservation area in Camden. The proposal included a change of use, to office & residential, extension, new third floor & total refurbishment.The building was of solid construction with a concrete frame, concrete floors & brick infill. There was a yard attached to the property which was developed to increase the floor area on each level, on top a new floor was constructed in light weight materials to reduce the impact on the existing structure..This third floor was provided accommodation for 4 flats with lift access.A new access was created for the lower floors to comply with Part `M’, these floors were all refurbished as offices for a local company.
