LIGHT INDUSTRIAL / OFFICE BUILDING.
This was a new build for a local company as their headquarters.
Steel frame construction with concrete floors. The building also has a basement, all encased in an insulated panel system.

RYLAND HOUSE
This property had been used as a secure storage / warehouse building set in a conservation area in Camden. The proposal included a change of use, to office & residential, extension, new third floor & total refurbishment.
The building was of solid construction with a concrete frame, concrete floors & brick infill. There was a yard attached to the property which was developed to increase the floor area on each level, on top a new floor was constructed in light weight materials to reduce the impact on the existing structure..
This third floor was provided accommodation for 4 flats with lift access.
A new access was created for the lower floors to comply with Part `M’, these floors were all refurbished as offices for a local company.

1230 WHETSTONE HIGH RD
This site had an office building with a large parking area at the rear.
The approved proposals had a mix of residential units with 9No one bed, 17No 2 bed & 2No three bed apartments. 29 units in total with underground parking for 43 cars.

CHURCH REFURBISHMENT
We have refurbished a number of local churches usually to provide better access interior refurbishment & improve out dated services.

THE SQUIRRELS
Recently built, this development provided 4No 2 bed  units on underused land at the rear of an existing block of flats.
This development was designed to a high standard including an innovative ‘eco’ green roof & solar panels for heating & hot water.

NEW RESIDENTIAL HOUSING
Originally this was a car park & lockup site, none of the lockups were used & approval was sought & granted for development of the site to provide 2No 3bed houses.
These properties were approved & designed to comply with the current BREEAM Standards ie Sustainable Homes Code ‘3’
This requires the property to be designed with insulation values 25% higher than the current Building Control requirements, to have an efficient heating system, efficient use of materials, power & water saving devices & where possible make use of solar collectors & rainwater harvesting etc to help reduce running costs.

FULMER DRIVE - New private residence.
This site currently has a 3 bed detached house with separate garage.
Approval was given for demolition of this property & redevelopment of the site to provide a 5bed luxury development.
The site is within a conservation area & has a number of well established trees on which all have TPOs making the development of the site quite a challenge.
